Terms and Conditions: 1. That the 1st party has to run his Business/Company/Agencies etc. independently for which he has formed a group of workers whose names are mentioned in the list of executee 2nd party. 2. That it has been agreed between both the parties that when the 1st party will call the second party for his legal works or the work of the management authority, the 2nd party is bound to go and work as per instruction and directions of the management in question and if the 2nd party fails to do the work in time, the 2nd party will be liable to pay the loss (mentally, physically, monetary and social), any claimed by the management and the first party shall not be liable for any payment of any claim in this connection. 3. That it has also been agreed that the second party will go to the management authority for its work on their own risk during the period of traveling or working hour if the second party sustains any injury, loss etc. Then the second party may bring their claim against the management not against the first party because the first party shall not be liable or responsible for the same. 4. That the second party shall take their labour cost as per mutual consent with the management directly in connection with their work. The first party shall not be liable to pay any single paise as their labour cost to the second party and the second party cannot claim against the first party. 5. That it has also been agreed that if the second party feels the work of management illegal, dangerous for their lives, the second party is free to avoid the work of the management. 6. That the second party is bound to work as per instruction of the first party and also of the management authority as required legally and if the second party fails then will be liable to pay damage, loss if any to the concerned party. 7. That if the second party works against law then the second party will be liable for the consequences of their illegal work. 8. That if the second party fails to do the work of the management after acceptances due to unavoidable circumstances the second party shall be liable for any claims of loss, damage etc. of the management, and 1st party in any way shall not be responsible for the same. 9. That both the parties read the terms and conditions of the said agreement and found correct then signed the agreement without any pressure.
